PARTSALL SALES POLICY
1.ORDER; It is very important that you check the validity of the Original Part#, Model#, Serial# &
specify Shipping method-UPS Ground or expedited shipping.
2.COD/PREPAID. Extra charges for COD orders apply. Money order is required for the order of $100
& over. Prepaid orders by unsecured check to be held 10 days prior to shipping.
3.WARRANTY. Partsall warrants all parts to be free of defects for 30days from the shipping date &
will either replace or issue credit for faulty parts, provided the parts are returned to Partsall by the customer.
This does not apply to conditions resulting from improper installation, inadequate maintenance,
misuse, abuse, accident or alteration.
All claims must be made within 30days from the date of delivery to the customer. Partsall shall not be
liable for any damages, such as property damages, bodily injuries or incidental expenses arising out of
the sale or installation of the parts sold by Partsall.
Freight is not included in this warranty in any form.
4.RETURNS. RMA#(Return Authorization)is required to return the merchandise. Merchandise may be
returned for refund if unused, in new condition & in the original packages. Certain parts, model spe-

5.SHIPPING. All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time may vary upon

Most items are shipped same day for orders received by 2;00PM(EST) by UPS.
6.SPECIAL ORDERS. Special orders to be prepaid when placing an order and are non-returnable in
